Tim has created a work environment that allows for growth at virtually every level combined with a fun workplace. I think the thing I like best about working at Gaspar is that I can be my most authentic self and it was embraced. That alone made me want to excel not just for myself but for the entire team.

I started working at Gaspar shortly before the pandemic so its been lonely in the office for some time. However now that we are planning on re-opening, I'm sure that will change.

Gaspar insurance is a transparent company, which is so refreshing coming from a company who shared nothing with the employees. Tim Gaspar (owner), listens to his employees to make changes for the better; after all, the account managers and producers are the ones who are client facing and know what the clients want or need. Tim listens to our suggestions and if it makes sense, he makes it happen. Even though we are one of the fastest growing agencies, we still feel like family.

There is no real cons to working at Gaspar. The only thing that I can see as a con is the parking.
