I made the decision leaving high school that i wanted a low stress life a simple life and never wanted to be accused of steeling time and time again. Anything bit low stress. I have seem one too many coworkers told they are so close to a promotion or raise or promise for new tools or an additional worker to lessen thier load. I think it's absolutely disgusting that there were multiple counts of workers sleeping around at work be professional. I should have seen all these redflags and left years earlier but I believed I was doing my life's work and I could help implement a possiive change. If you make an aramgment on pay and shake on it respect the terms of the agreement don't ho back on your word. Many an employee has had to confront management about withholding pay. Overall I am salty, yes, days in 120 degrees in the green house 20 degree days outside brused metatarsal, knee damage bleeding out of hands lips arms fingernails years of sacrifice for nothing. Lack of tools lack of support lack of direction lack of respect. I wish I opened my mouth sooner or had the realization that the organization was run by an old man stuck in his ways.
