Pluspunten

Terrific team based culture that truly looks to bring everyone together. Everyone works very hard at unifying both the UK and North American teams and keeping it as one "culture" and not segmented. The product(s) are designed extremely well which causes a low support rate occur. Time is able to be spent working on improvements and not just solving current issues. A very attentive executive team that is always accessible and wants to help in any way possible. Growth potential is visibly big.

Some of the team are great, and the company recruits from code clan - which helps people beginning in their careers

Where to begin. The architecture is a total mess, and various attempts to modernise it have failed. There is no single platform. It's a connected mess of dependencies creaking at the seems. If you want to spend time ignoring a massive of sync errors, this is the place for you. You'll be pushed to launch new features to keep the company afloat. Senior management shouldn't be anywhere near a technology company (without coaching). The CEO 'used to be an engineer', and will often threaten to step in - often leaving a mess in his wake for us to pick up the pieces. Features are often left to rot, but never retired - meaning we need to maintain them.
