Helpful people (most not all and ONLY if you ask). Hourly pay so if you work overtime and on weekends it pays (Pay is nothing special though). Have had big clients like BBC and Dyson. Time is a bit flexible you have to spend 80% of time with the team online the rest can be your own choice.

No holidays. If you are a remote employee. You get no holidays for your own country. You must think you will get holidays according to UK then right?..No. Since you are remote you don't qualify for those as well. The only holidays you get are once a year and that is for Christmas. If you need to go on a holiday on a country event then you have to ask for one and lets say you are a developer. If other developers are available ONLY then will you get a holiday. If all Developers are from the same country some will have to work while others can take the holiday. Tracking. Once every 5 minutes the company tracks your mouse and keyboard inputs to see if you are working. If you have no task for the day (that does not happen often but lets say it does) you are stuck with not getting paid and their system does not accept less than 8 hours per day so i guess move your mouse or use the keyboard. Toxic PMs. I don't want to make all PMs look bad 2 of them were amazing honestly. However, 2 were not. In fact it was so bad that I heard from people at the office that one of them talks bad about my performance (rather than telling me) and she talked to me as if i was doing everything correctly. I believe if I am doing something that is not what you like talk to me tell me and if then I still do it sure complain to others but at least let me know. The technologies they use... For development they insisted for the longest time to use M# a C# wrapper. It was ok but not as good as C# and finally they switched to React which is a lot better. But for QA they use "Pangolin" an in house developed Selenium wrapper that is SO BAD that I can't believe they insist on using that. if it works on 1 button it does not work on the other. that is how un reliable it is. This wastes the developers times while they write TDD and the QA's time as well as there is no online documentation available. Then you tell the issues with this to the seniors and they are always "Looking into these" but they are never. I have heard this has been going on for 3 years yet they refuse to leave that. No QA Lead. They Fired the whole QA department from work a year or 2 back (I do not remember exactly) then hired remote QAs. The have a person that manages QA but he also manages a a lot of other things so the QA department isn't progressing. Burden.. there are so many projects that these guys have and every Q4 meeting shows that the company is doing good but they don't hire new devs or QAs. Expect to be assigned to 6 different projects as a QA, and the same is with Devs. Also the last few months they have been removing employees very frequently as well which is not good. PMs don't respond to messages quick and reply to only the ones they want. if you ask a question or help and also send lets say 3 messages. I have seen multiple PMs reply to just the one they want while completely ignoring the other questions. Also if a sprint is delayed and after the day has passed if items are still coming into testing AFTER the end date the PMs complain that the QA don't work. Pay time. These guys take up to a MONTH to pay your salary. So you worked January you will receive your pay for January on March. Now i do remember once they paid within 10 days but for some reason these guys take a very long time to pay. They DO eventually pay and that is re assuring but its a con.
