Also they are so young and just graduated from university in non-related subjects to their job. Basically Project manager should be qualified in related university degree, having practical experience, being well organized and actively working with Software/ Agile environment. Although company profit is really high, it has caused directors no longer care about staff satisfactions. They pay even too far lower than London's start up companies.
