no pros, may weekend off

Minpunten

stupid senior employees and HR. they treat you like a slave, give salary like peanuts and that too never on time. they don't even have idea about git lol they work on a shared server no localhost. never give salary on time but will expect u to come on time and work till late. also lot of stupid rules like bond, security, etc.

Working environment is very competitive and friendly. They focus on learning new technologies and provide the training to every employees to keep pace with the emerging technologies.

I dont feel that there are any cons of working in this company.

Good company culture and supportive team. Flexible working hours and good exposure to new technologies. Managers are approachable, and the work-life balance is quite decent. You get opportunities to take ownership of your projects.

Minpunten

Salary growth could be better. Sometimes project deadlines are tight, which can be stressful during peak sprints.
