Management is pushing RTO across the board, no exceptions, despite the vast majority of the engineering organization preferring work from home and half the team not physically able to go to the office. Nothing that you say or do will ever be heard by people with any power. Management repeatedly makes decisions from the hip with no data, sets random deadlines, makes your bonus completely dependent on those deadlines, and then overowrks everyone to burnout. Bonuses have been $0 the past two years, and I'm sure it's by design. This is a company that despises its engineers, and hates how they work.
