No one abuses that and there is trust in folks getting their work done and supporting one another.

If you are ok with staying in one role for a long time, this is your spot. I think that due to the pandemic and the economy, there is limited mobility. However, you can try to work or use skills on other teams to diversify your professional portfolio if possible. But raises and bonuses fall short.
