Campus in Torrey Pines is really nice (gym, pool, volleyball/basketball courts) Generally laid back environment (good work-life balance) Employees are generally good but highly depends on where you work

Minpunten

Management tends not to be very good Little, if any, job training Poor job mobility (could be doing exact same job for 10+ years) Constant reorganization

Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
