Work was always interesting and challenging. Company stays on top of the latest technology. They hire a very diverse workforce which makes team interaction very strong and the environment was always stimulating educationally. Opportunities for learning always encouraged.

Minpunten

Not enough encouragement or assistance for former employees who did not leave of their own accord.

1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

Minpunten

1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
