The benefits package was one of the best I've had, and they offer a 6% match on 401k. Flexible work schedules, good pay. Nice people.

Minpunten

My company was acquired and that means more people than work to do so my position was eventually eliminated. It was a solid business decision so I hold no ill will towards them. Lots of opportunities if you are an engineer.

1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

Minpunten

1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
