Morale at an all time low Management have ego issues! Promote ineffective staff that just kissed the managers feet. Senior managers really don't know what they're doing (to the point they cause chaos and blame it on the sucker that's kissing their feet) No internal succession if manager/snr manager wants to keep you without promoting Salary poor in comparison to similar roles in similar companies Sending staff home in tears Managers/Snr Manager lie and compartmentalize everything to make sure the whole truth never comes out Anger management issues with some staff and HR don't do anything about it
