None. The positive aspects of working here was the remote work but management intends to end remote work.
Minpunten
You are severely overworked. This company encourages overworking with mandatory OT, praises those who work large amounts of OT and shaming those who don't. Each and every project is a priority and you could find yourself working 2 or more priority projects simultaneously. Certain department are not able to keep up with the work load however, the charts management uses to keep track workload shows the headcount to work load does not justify bringing new workers in. Remote work was implemented at the beginning of COVID however management intends to bring worker back into the office even if your job is entirely at your desk. This was met with resistance from the employees. Management has admitted that they are unable to determine whether employees are actually working when they are remote and they can watch us better in the office. Management also believes that the lack of interest and delay in work is due to the disconnect of working remotely and not the burnout most employees are feeling. They boast the compensation for working here is ahead of the industry. That may have been true 10 years ago but it's not longer true. Compensation and raises at or below industry standards. There is an age divide at this company. They are unable to retain to new and young employees with the compensations and working conditions they currently offer.
