Would not recommend selling here, commission and delivery issues
I worked in sales for this company and want to share an honest perspective for anyone considering a similar role.
In my experience, the sales approach relied heavily on promises that were difficult for the company to actually deliver on. During my time there, I was aware of at least two to three different clients who left before their contracts were up, which lined up with my own experience of a gap between what was sold and what could be backed up operationally. I also ran into a significant issue with commissions.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend selling for this company. I believe there are business practices here that leadership should take a hard look at.
