      401k match is about the only pro I can come up with.

      I have NEVER been involved with an organization where the culture is so bad. The amount of micromanagement and discrimination is outrageous. Additionally, if you think you have any inclination of being able to work from home, you can forget about it. In fact, you are required to make notations of everything you do in 15 min increments.

      High stress at times given scope of work and engineering challenges. Small and scrappy environment can be good and bad at the same time

      Interns are limited to 40 hours a week. I Loved working here so I felt I needed to work longer everyday and try to accomplish more. Working with engineering software, at times there are limited licenses
