There is no positive side in working with genpact, people who do not want grow in their respective field stays there for a long time. Otherwise everyone is leaving this organisation currently.

Minpunten

Huge amount of politics, favouritism and what not which mainly demotivating the employees. Worst management have ever seen. HRs are only for their fun activities. No support from management.
