The micromanagement was so bad, I wouldn't have believed it if I hadnt been there myself. You are not allowed to think for yourself, the owners cannot let go of a single tiny decision. They randomly installed cameras above certain peoples desks, and they use software to monitor everything you do on your computer.
You never feel safe in your job, the owners can turn on you at any moment, for no reason, and you will be out of a job by the end of the week. I worked here for about a year, and the staff turnover I saw in that time was unreal.
I did put a review on indeed a few years ago, iv just been on there and seen that genpower have somehow managed to get the bad reviews hidden and have flooded the site with clearly fake reviews from management. I see that all of the good reviews on this site too are clearly written by their own management. Please do not work here unless you are absolutely desperate.
