      Pluspunten

      Promotion from within. managers have actually been out in the field, this is required to manage. Great benefits including paternity leave. Diverse workforce. Intern program where an intern eventually became a principal. Fun company outings. Caring management. Generous vacation and 10 days sick leave per year. year end bonuses in good times. Management is on a first name basis, not stuffy. All are treated equally.

      GeoDesign is a company with a great reputation, they provide competitive salary and benefits packages, do a great job at hiring good people, and treat everyone with a great deal of respect.

      GeoDesign is an amazing place to work! The corporate / administrative group and technical / engineering staff make it one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They throw some of the best employee events too!

      Minpunten

      This is a difficult "required" question as it truly is a great company. I have been sitting here for the last five minutes trying to come up with an answer and I can't. GeoDesign promotes work life balance, offers flexibility, great benefits, great office environment, great pay, friendly staff to work with, etc.
