No dress code, flexible timing- depends on the manager, somewhat friendly teammates. Sparsh- a charity work they do (not related to the work, still a good deed)
Minpunten
There is a lot.. unprofessional managers, office is not peaceful, stressful working environments, friendly managers can turn against you at any time, no motivation (but lots of demotivation), incentive will be given yearly and you are not going to get a single penny from incentive if you give resignation a day before crediting that money (not just that you literally need work hard to get 70% of that money, or be their pet dog) this is a trick they use to keep the employees till may. Notice period is 3 months- another trick, this is a period while you are the enemy of the company. Nominal hike in salary and they can change the way they give hike at any time.. sometime they say yearly(month of joining) sometime changes their mind and say we will give hike as a group on some month. Low salary is another issue if someone go to talk about that they take the calculator and do some calculations and convince that they are paying way to higher and will not give a chance to properly calculate what we actually get as an argument. This talk could lead to any extend, they would even say the time we spent for having a tea at pantry. If you resign not in a pleasant way they don’t mind holding your last month salary and experience certificate longer time. I could give a lot of examples my fellow workers but it might not be cool. Note: this is about the office I worked and the offices I known of, I don’t know whether their all offices are like this or not.
