Pluspunten

Solid and good job security. Tech is well managed and seems to be immune to other market complications when it comes to universities. Most people seem to care about their responsibilities and work to group success.

Minpunten

Some lack of accountability can lead to the wrong people being promoted. There's a level of expectation of professional development without the resources to meet those goals. Budget is too dependent on the state legislature and sometimes political based decisions.

- Free Housing - Meal Plan - One of the better on campus job for students in my opinion (still able to be involved in other activities as a student on campus)

Minpunten

- Duty part of the job (Being on call and getting late night lock outs but this is rare), and definitely can still do homework in between doing duty rounds - experience can also depend on your hall director / area (but regardless still served on great RA teams, can be great if you have a co-ra but also been good at time being a single RA on the floor (no need to coordinate schedule if you do events together as a single RA unless you alternate events with your co)
