-Top level management strives very hard to make an enjoyable environment for employees -Embracing and pushing diversity (Woman, LGBTQI+, cultural and disability) -Great work/life balance -Pushing the envelope in technical innovation and projects -Fast paced and agile, highly interesting work -Fantastic culture, employees are friendly/great to work with

-Division/Branch's aren't very well aligned and is highly pushed into the heads vision/wants rather then whole of agency vision and mission statements -Little oversight and long term planning in software projects (unsustainable) -Mental health plan/policy is acceptable but could be a whole lot better

Not much progression especially if your female. Many instances of sexual harassments. Don't have a culture of improvement.
