Geostructure has a terrible leadership leding the talented employees here. I think the great employees of this company are just wasted because the management is unable to lead them effectively. The managers actually just give me headaches and give the wrokplace more problems than they solved. Avoid this company.

It is a private engineering consulting firm that offers services regarding geotechnical/environmental engineering, soil-structure interaction, and construction materials inspection and testing.

Minpunten

The managers were awfully incompetent and terrible planners. They assigned work randomly and expected employees to dance to their tunes. Their ridiculous behavior meant employees had no idea what they had to do the next day, leading to the worst work-life balance and exhausting work hours with minimal breaks. It was a nightmare!
