Pluspunten

GetSolar is a great place to learn and pick up important work and life skills. The autonomy given to staff is refreshing, and everyone is a valued player no matter if they're an intern, full-timer, or remote employee. My initiatives are valued and I feel that the work I'm doing is making a direct impact. The company is in an emerging field (renewable energy) and business prospects look good, meaning huge opportunities for growth!

- Amazing management team - Great culture, most are millenials & Gen Zs, can get along very very well - Free snacks - Nice office location

Minpunten

- Can be stressful at times, cuz its a startup, but you'll learn a lot from management, and have a lot of support from the team

- Bosses give you a lot of opportunities to learn and grow if you push yourself and are proactive - Very young and vibrant culture, colleagues are all on the younger end (~late 20s-mid 30s), easy to exchange ideas and very open-minded - Super fast paced, will have to push yourself to make sure you're on par with everyone else's abilities & performance

- Can tend to feel overworked & overwhelmed - Difficult to get rest sometimes
