I found my experience very positive. I had the opportunity to work alongside a group of truly exceptional colleagues, and the collaboration across departments was highly constructive. One thing that stood out was the level of professionalism. Everyone is encouraged to share their opinions, and it is common to have healthy debates during discussions. However, once a decision is finalized, the entire team aligns and executes the plan fully — even if they initially had differing views. That level of discipline and unity is something I deeply respect. It was a pleasure working with the various departments: Engineering Department Both department heads have a strong “scientist and researcher” mindset. They continuously push the team to explore new technologies and even new regions. This creates an environment where innovation and curiosity are constantly encouraged. Software Department The head is extremely disciplined and sets very clear boundaries. While strict, he ensures that resources are protected and used appropriately. I personally experienced this when I reached out to his team outside of office hours — he addressed it directly to maintain proper structure and respect for the team. It reflects strong leadership and accountability. Factory Department Led by two of the most down-to-earth and supportive managers, this team truly cares for their technicians. They go beyond their responsibilities — even coming in on their off days to support the team, whether through guidance or simply small gestures like providing snacks. It speaks volumes about their leadership style and care for their people. By looking at these departments, it is clear that this is a company with strong leadership, professionalism, and a positive working culture.
Minpunten
For those considering applying to this company, there is an important aspect you should understand — and it is not just about the company, but the nature of the automation solutions industry itself. Working in an automation solutions provider is highly niche. You are constantly exposed to new designs, emerging technologies, and evolving workflows. Unlike more structured industries, many of these are not things you would have learned in school or even from previous companies. One key reality is that you must be comfortable operating in ambiguity. There is often no established reference, no standard playbook, and no prior case to follow. You are expected to adapt, learn quickly, and contribute in unfamiliar territory. At the same time, senior engineers and leaders may not always be able to provide step-by-step guidance. This is not due to a lack of support, but because they themselves are continuously navigating new technologies and industrial requirements. For example, when new industry standards or customer requirements emerge, teams are expected to respond immediately — often without prior knowledge or historical data to rely on. This environment can be challenging, especially for those who prefer structured guidance. However, for individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, it offers significant exposure and accelerated growth.
