Core Values are absent. Low values & principles across the company. Not a purpose driven Organization. The Company has a culture of workplace retaliation. While employees are encouraged to 'Speak Up', if anybody 'Speaks Up' they are penalized, marginalized and retaliated against. This is the case not only in the middle-east entity but across the company. Management has the habit of gaslighting and ill-treating employees, especially women employees who are often discriminated and retaliated more often than their male counterpart. Turn over rates are HIGH and there are often unchecked behaviors and toxic culture across the organization When it comes to holding people accountable, its 'different stroke for different folks.'
