Great products and great people, (most wanting to the right things for the company). Some of the most creative people and photographers in the world! Fun to be a part of this industry.

Minpunten

Handcuffs - directors control managers and organization, reporting up a filtered set of data leeading to mass - mis-communications and disconnects. Handcuffs - directors manipulate all aspects of employee management. Handcuffs - no career path. Handcuffs - directors do not trust their organizations to enable grown and opportunity for the company. Handcuffs - most directors were promoted from within and many, if not most, do not have any management experience and are impeeding opportunity for the company.

- fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

Minpunten

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Minpunten

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
