Pluspunten
I have found a lot of opportunity for advancement based on my performance. I enjoy the people I work with and my customers. The salary seems competitive, though I do have the feeling I could make more if I left for another company, but the grass isn't always greener. The benefits are good and costs are not outrageous. 401K match is also good, but not outstanding. Overall, I am happy with my job.
Minpunten
We seem to have been in a constant state of change in the last few years. Previous upper level management had one plan, and now we have a new regime who seem to be heading another direction. I will say I like the new direction more, but the future feels very uncertain and we have lost a lot of very talented people in the last 2 years.
