Salary is not bad. There are new office in Barcelona. A few people are really nice.
Minpunten
Extraemily bureaucratic. Basically is one of this huge corporations on which any little task involve a dozen of managers (account manageer, product manager, planning manager, security manager, etc) but at the end there are just a couple of guys doing the task. The responsibility is shared between son many people that does not matter how good or bad you do your part, it is just a drop. The salary is decent, but raises are infrequent. Career growth opportunities are very limited. Innovation is driven exclusively by upper management, while task managers focus mainly on rejecting ideas from below. The new office is stark and impersonal — a true mirror of the company culture.
