HR and Managers are good in politics Germany’s Management is partial towards Indian employees. Indian employees will get less hike so Germany’s staff can get inflation incentives. CEO talks very good things but follow zero. Might be have no idea how leadership bellow is following his vision..

HR and Manager did politics to remove Muslim employee (bias towards religion). HR and Manager culture is very toxic. If ready to lose self-esteem then only join. Your opportunities to grow will get cut cause managers are not allowing you to grow.
