Pluspunten
The brand name of the global organization carries weight. Exposure to structured documentation and tools as per German standards (in theory). A few hardworking and ethical peers who genuinely tried to do good work.
Minpunten
Rampant Nepotism: Most leadership positions in the CCI division were filled through internal favoritism and personal connections rather than merit. Toxic Culture: Feedback was discouraged and dissenting voices were often isolated. The environment was built on fear and compliance, not innovation. No Value for Dedication and Hard Work: Contributions from sincere employees went unnoticed. Promotions and opportunities were reserved for non-performers with personal influence. Ethics & Integrity Issues: Despite being a German company, the India-based R&D division often functioned in direct contradiction to global values—lacking transparency, fairness, or accountability. Poor HR Practices: HR showed visible bias in conflict resolution, internal mobility, and policy enforcement. There was no genuine effort to address internal issues.
