      I am valued and recognized for the contributions I make to the organization. At Gilmore, we not only care about enriching the lives of our clients, but our team, families and the communities that we serve. There is great leadership who is open to new ideas and concerns. Company culture is awesome. We have a lot of team bonding and employee satisfaction events throughout each quarter! Overall, we have a great team who is like a second family!

      Having the team spread across 3 offices. To help people still feel connected, we do a lot of remote events and activities on Microsoft Teams.

      This company has potential if it had better leadership. There are a few good employees and some really good clients.

      Minpunten

      Leadership, the leadership is terrible, for such a small company it takes many meetings before anything changes. The lack of empathy for their customers is very disturbing. The leadership group seems to think it knows everything and is unsympathetic to it's clients needs and struggles. I would never recommend this company to anyone to work for or use as a IT service as long as the same leadership group is in charge.
