      Great atmosphere with room to grow and work on many different things. Move around and find where you fit best.

      Minpunten

      There really aren't many downsides. My time has been all positive. I could always be paid more but the opportunities ahead are worth the current hourly rate.

      Heavy workload so there wasn't a lot of work/life balance Lack of employee incentive Most employees in production feel overworked and under appreciated
