Hires young post graduates to pay low with the promise of gettin placed on salary. However once placed on salary will most likely lay an individual off. No Healthcare, 401K. At its current state, I see no growth with this company

Thank you for your honest feelings. We believe in giving all of our employees an equal chance to succeed, whether just starting off or being with us since the beginning. We would never promote an employee to a salaried position with the intention of laying them off. We are taking a proactive approach towards enacting healthcare benefits for our employees as the wellbeing and happiness of our people is a big priority for us. To reach the next level, we need to continue investing in our internal systems and expanding the executive layer. We are currently "building the plane while flying it," so it requires a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and a desire to help build the foundation from the ground up.
