Leadership/management hasn't been listening to employees over the last 10ish or so months leading to many people questioning whether or not the right people are in place to lead this company Transparency is no longer a thing that exists as Glassdoor. Many people are informed of departures of coworkers weeks and months after the fact. No one has any idea in what direction the company is headed We are now large enough to where "changes" don't happen overnight and are mostly long, drawn out processes that many of us don't get a chance to see through People have been promoted into management and director roles just because of internal ties that has many of those scratching their head why and how it happened Pay is terrible and to drive that point home our own tool confirmed it

I always appreciate direct feedback. And you've identified a number of areas for improvement, many of which are already in the works. We're almost twice the size we were last year at this time with more offices and how we managed and communicated then is not sufficient today. Investment in management training is at the top of the list. And, your sales leadership is already working on new comp plans. We're growing and I hope our people continue to grow with us. While things may not always be easy, I am confident we are working though some of these growing plans and am really excited about what's ahead in 2017 and helping every employee understand their role in our future. The benefits and culture were probably the best I've ever had. Even better than the benefits were the people I worked with. I enjoyed coming into work and doing my job and really stood behind the company tag line of helping people find jobs they love.

Minpunten

During covid things started getting bad. Like many other companies layoffs came around and how the company handled those were terrible. You show up one day and next thing you know you lose access and cryptic email and then your'e gone. This happened again in 2025. They brought in person whose job it was to basically get people to leave. They didn't care about the content on the site, or any of the efforts in place to promote integrity and transparency and instead just wanted to shove AI down everyone's throat. What's sad is that Glassdoor was once a great company that I was proud to say I worked for. Now it's just like everywhere else, AI, AI, AI and trying to get people to quit before the next round of layoffs.
