- show favouritism - internal hiring/ nepotism - poor prep/ training for new employees- it’s not ongoing or constructive and they expect people to just get in straight away - unrealistic expectations- expect one person to do a three man job with no support - toxic environment- treat people poorly, rude management - high turnover- especially in stock - no transparency- unclear communication from management to employees and out of the blue disciplinary happens with no explainagjkn
