Selling blinds is tedious, applying high pressure sales tactics to mainly online consumers is tiring, many of the employees have an inflated sense of professional worth even though we are literally selling blinds to people that can purchase them on their own online. I noted a lot of the higher level professionals, including the former owner are all Jewish, nothing against Jewish people, however it appeared to be intentional and other employees seemed to note this as well leading to beliefs of favoritism.
