Performance is not rewarded it is just pushed to fill other gaps. - Complaints about inappropriate behavior at the highest levels are ignored. - Executive leadership is unqualified and uninterested in learning about the business. -Middle Management has been reduced to escalation points for the massive amount of issues impacting the end customers. - Pressure to not utilize your benefits is pervasive.
