Minpunten
-no weekends off -no holidays off -terrible shifts -they only give days off after late shift and before early shift -back office doesn't seem to do any work at all (except planning the awful shift plan) -salary is ridiculous for the amount of responsibility and working hours -a lot of training for a job that requires an attention span of 2 minutes at a time -terrible benefits -Lufthansa discount only applies after 6 months and can be taken from you at any time -Lufthansa discount can't be used because of no consecutive days off and no vacation -vacation must be approved and they never approve it -"compensation days" can never be used -understaffed but at the same time there is nothing to do the whole day
