Pluspunten
Pay is good if you work remote. Benefits are also nice.
Minpunten
Must be willing to ego boost your managers in order to be liked. From my perspective, favoritism exists here. Upper management is resistant to new ideas and, in my experience, professional criticisms were often met with off-the-record pushback. They claim to have a new way of doing business but operate much like their competitors. Leadership makes decisions that, in my view, hurt productivity and then blame employees for the resulting issues. There is a lack of clear, consistent communication from management, with little accountability when important information isn’t shared. In my view, their training is fairly elementary and doesn’t reflect an expert-level understanding of copyright law. Overall, I observed a lack of empathy and breakdowns in management structure when issues arose. You also must be careful about the relationships you build. If you do work here, I highly suggest keeping all communication documented via email, even after follow-ups with your manager.
