The best company culture I have ever encountered. I have worked as an Agency recruiter for tech companies that touted their culture as “great” which honestly meant vapid and empty. Global Power Components team culture is encouraging, direct, real, breeds organic actual fun while dealing with the difficulties of the day. Was with the company from 2023-2025 and left of my own accord and during that time it over tripled in size. The hiring managers I worked with were extremely respectful and when I had to be the “annoying recruiter” asking them for feedback on candidates they never took it out on me. This company is growing immensely fast but still feels like a small “family” owned company in the best possible way.
