      The location of the head office isn't bad. Coworkers are mostly interesting, intelligent people.

      Minpunten

      No promotions or raises No leadership (just new performance targets) No HR department, no internal communications Noisy, crowded office No clue what people actually do Etc. Can't say too much or I'd reveal my identity

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Minpunten

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
