Well the list is long - Less/No increment for any ratings you get. - Stagnant growth in salary / promotions - Complete HR system run on their own, disturbing awards among them - ZERO value given to profile for referals. All shared internally in HR. - Even company makes good profit every year, they share peanuts as increment and no Bonus system, - No Leave Encashment, - Changed 60 to 90 days Notice period. - Apart from your salary, no other financial benefits you get. - 0 On-site opportunities.
