They will say it is work from home but then they will call you to the office for a week when you resign. Wow, yes, for a week, that means, you will have to stay in a hotel for a week and spend all your F&F in Pune itself. hahaha. Funny na? I know. The epic moment is, 90 days notice. Even if you are sitting idle without any work pressure, you will still have to sit idle for 90 days :D. But they will not let you go. If you want to go, then pay then one month salary. Pathetic piece of management. I know people who didn't get increments for 2-3 consecutive years. They feel pathetic and just working because of work from home. Trust me, the moment they call to office, they will be screwed. Their top performing employee will get 7 or 10% hike and the average 3 rating will get 3-5% hike every year that too in the month of July. Pathetic HR team doesn't know a crap. They start the process in the month of Dec and the increment will happen in the month of July.
