It is a challenge for some team members to handle multiple projects and facing pressure from multiple clients. However, if a team member uses the principle of parallel processing (like what a modern computer is doing), such challenge can be easily overcome. When a team member becomes more familiar with his/her job and environment, he/she will figure out how to balance work and life. For example, some team members have already figure out how to take a long vacation without affecting the work.
