Gloo is a unique place that has seen a lot of growth and change which can sometimes be confusing and uncomfortable. We are optimistic about the future with more stability and product focus. Gloo is committed to furthering trust by pursuing the highest standards of data privacy, security, and trust. We are open about our data sources and pride ourselves on being on the cutting edge of data privacy. In fact, you may know that we recently de-identified third party data in alignment with our business objectives. Additionally, we have been and continue to be open about our investors and the leadership of our board, much of which can be found on the website. Finally, while it’s true that our recent focus on the faith vertical has attracted many people of faith to Gloo, it is simply one element of our internal diversity. We believe the best way to develop products that ‘cross the chasm’ is to focus on a niche market segment. While we believe these use cases will prove scaleable into other verticals, focus is a key to our product and go to market strategy in this season. We continue to pursue diversity at all levels of the organization through our hiring practices and development opportunities. There is a lot of work still to do but we are dedicated to progress.
