Pluspunten

There are many pro's, the kitchen is well stocked with fruit and goodies, there is coffee and tea with milk and sugar. There is a great cafe on site, reasonably priced. The managers are patient and thoughtful about how they respond to difficulty's. Good friends and fun environment.

Minpunten

Can be a bit slow at times, tough job selling solar on the phone. Commissions could be a lot better, the salary is ok.

Fantastic place to work, given all the tools to be successful. Lead quality, company structure and the standing and reputation in the market. You work hard and you'll be rewarded, precisely want you want as a salesperson. Great workplace culture, can't recommend enough. Wish I'd joined sooner.

Minpunten

Little to none. Work from home is a huge advantage, and any cons to that are offset by the ability to go into the office whenever you wish.

Great company to work for, a breath of fresh air from other employers I have worked for in the past. They are doing the solar industry right.

Minpunten

Grown massively over the past few months, so some growing pains but they are being ironed out quickly.
