      They didn't tell me this when I started but you have to drive strangers in your personal car to their job and they don't background check. They specialize in construction so anyone can work, we worked with a lot of homeless and people that struggled with addiction. The job starts at 6am and they expected you to work until 5pm. They track your location from the work phone they provide you and really watch your every step. The commission pay is really bad, less than 1%. They also don't fully reimburse your mileage, only providing 45 cents to the mile.

      Pluspunten

      I've worked with similar companies before, so I can appreciate the difference. Communication here is much better, and assignments don't change constantly without warning. Recruiters usually check in after placement and try to be as helpful as possible. The benefits and pay rates also compare favorably to what's offered locally.
