      Clueless leadership that things they are better than god and call themselves the ELT. They know all and listen to no one. Lack of culture. They don’t even give out t-shirts or GoBolt Swag to employees. They only thing done for employees was a lacklustre Christmas party. There is no coffee at the office but they have raised $200M+ Smoke and mirrors and constant lying to customers. They say they have hundreds of EVs… they maybe have 10 working vehicles They say they have 99% on time rates for deliveries, they really have closer to 50% Stay away at all costs.

      - Company is growing very quickly - Huge green initiative for those carbon-conscious folks - Working with very passionate people who want to do great things - Ability to build processes from the ground up and leave a mark on most things - Most people are very willing to step in and help with basically everything, very collaborative environment

      Minpunten

      - Very much a start-up, which is not for everyone - Need ability to adapt very quickly - Very few processes and procedures in place currently, which often means spending a lot of time chasing down answers - Some fundamental issues with internal IT - Company is still working to transition expectations to remote workforce (i.e. encouraging people to come into the office/warehouse to help, even when they live hours away)
