Pluspunten
Technically speaking:
- The product is huge and full of challenges, I look back when I first joined the company and we have achieved and improved a lot, this helped me to improve my skills as well.
- It's very enriching to support and develop so strong software with a very small team, there is a lot of room for your ideas and proposals to be heared.
- Since the aquisition from ezCater, there is a lot of support and mentonrship from their more Senior Engineers, that has been very enriching for me, before being here I haven't had such an insightful and precise feedback that really helps me to grow.
Culturally speaking:
- The team is just awesome, the vibe you feel in the office and after work is super nice, still keeping the startup environment but full of people that do their job in the best way.
- I haven't had any problem/discussion with my colleagues, the collaboration is always smooth, there is this idea of being transparent and respectfull which I love.
- People here understands the importance of speaking in English, since we have an internaional team this is important to feel everybody included.
