Good name for your resume. Good training on AP style writing and networking.

Minpunten

This pay was in 2018 not 2022. Family member died and I had to make a request for un-paid leave. Not great benefits/PTO and worked people with masters degrees like dogs. Clearly just a cog in the machine.

Fast-paced, high-intensity environment where expectations are set high and that drives genuine performance. I've learned a lot here and I'm hopeful to spend more years helping shape the direction of the business. Smart people, real ownership, and the kind of work that pushes you to grow.

Minpunten

Operations are running lean while the goals stay ambitious. AI is reshaping how we work, but the tooling isn't quite mature enough yet to carry the load it eventually will. Until it catches up, teams can feel stretched.

I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

Minpunten

This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.
